This role is responsible for understanding, documenting, and translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements that drive effective solutions. The Business Analyst also identifies opportunities for process improvement, supports change initiatives, and ensures that all activities align with organizational strategy and priorities. By providing insight, structure, and clarity, the Business Analyst contributes directly to the success of the business change portfolio.
