Business Analyst

Required Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or wealth management environments.

Proven experience working on international and multicultural projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Advanced knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data mapping techniques and tools.

Familiarity with data models, data flows, and system integration architectures.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
