 In this role you will:
Lead end‑to‑end business analysis activities for modernization initiatives, from problem framing through to solution validation

Produce high‑quality artifacts such as business requirements, process maps, current/future state workflows, user‑journey maps, and acceptance criteria

Facilitate conversations with business partners to understand needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions aligned to business outcomes

Write clear, concise, and testable user stories; support backlog grooming and story refinement sessions with engineering and QA teams

Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and traceable through development and testing

Act as a core contributor within the Agile team, participating in ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
