Key Responsibilities :
Support the main product owners of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards.
Assist with the configuration of new customers (business units).
Provide L2 support activities for the mentioned products.
Help with analytics and tracking the performance of the products.
Generate reports and insights to drive product improvements.
Support our business units with technical matters such as APIs and cloud approvals.
Conduct recurrent technical assessments to ensure product quality and performance.
