Business Application Analyst Required Skills & Experience
2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting.
2+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday configurations (no coding required).
1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting.
2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira for tracking work.
Familiarity with Workday Talent and its associated AI models.
Comfortable demoing and speaking to Workday product capabilities and business process flows.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting documentation cadence and requirement refinement with BSAs.
