Description

The Senior Expert, Business Capability Analyst supports the product delivery process by bridging business intent and technical execution within assigned workstreams. Working under the guidance of the Program Delivery & Execution Head, the role refines product requirements into clear functional specifications that technology teams can build against.

This is a role for someone who is thorough and dependable in getting requirements right — asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks within their scope of work.

Requirements & Documentation

Review and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and experience journeys produced by the Product team for assigned workstreams

Define acceptance criteria and business rules for each requirement

Perform requirement analysis and help articulate problem statements to support solution design
