In This Role You Will

Strengthen WebBeds’ position in the marketplace: you will be responsible for driving business growth to the company. This is mainly driven by understanding market opportunities and attracting new clients, proposing relevant solutions balancing growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Identify whitespace opportunities – regions or segments where WebBeds has low penetration.
• Support localization efforts (language, currency, product adaptation).
• Provide frontline feedback to sourcing teams on client needs and gaps.
• Collaborate with sourcing to ensure the hotel portfolio meets demand in target markets.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements and overrides with clients.
• Monitor competitor activity, identify threats and opportunities, share market intelligence internally.
