We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Perth in a permanent, full-time role, reporting to the Regional Sales Director.
In this role, you’ll represent the full ELMO product suite and drive new business growth across our HR and Payroll software solutions, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations through to proposals and close. You’ll focus on identifying high-value opportunities in the mid-market, building strong pipeline discipline in Salesforce, and partnering with prospects to understand their organisational goals and deliver strategic solutions.
