Role Description

eCommerce Cave is hiring an experienced Account Manager – B2B for a Canadian furniture brand . This role focuses on managing existing B2B clients while actively onboarding new partners across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow long-term B2B client relationships
  • Identify and onboard new B2B customers for the furniture brand
  • Act as the primary point of contact for orders, payments, and deliveries
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams based in Canada and USA
  • Ensure smooth communication and high-quality client experience

Requirements
