About the role: 


We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to grow and support our broker channel. This role is all about building trust, expanding partnerships, and helping brokers succeed with our products, process, and people.


About the day-to-day: 

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with mortgage brokers and key partners to influence the sale of Peoples Bank mortgage products.

  • Drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and market engagement.
