Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager is responsible for engaging with new and existing customers, building relationships and following sales opportunities through to successful completion. The role holder will enable Optimising IT to transition from being the best-kept secret in Gloucestershire to the best-known and respected IT Company. Initiating meetings with potential customers directly and through networking and industry events.

Acting as an ambassador of the Optimising IT demonstrating knowledge of our business and gaining insight and understanding of customers businesses. Supporting the implementation of the strategy linking with all teams across the business where relevant commercial opportunities are apparent to avoid silo activities. Collaborating with account management and service delivery in developing contacts and opportunities within existing customers to extend existing engagement.
