Business Development Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to: Engage with employers locally, regionally, and nationally to promote Education, Training with a primary focus on Apprenticeships with a focus on Apprenticeships. Develop excellent working relationships with employers to identify their Apprenticeship requirements and to encourage them to choose NCA as their preferred training provider. Contribute towards the development of Strategic Apprenticeship plan through tacit knowledge of employer needs and emerging trends.
