The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the PBP Business segment across North America by identifying, prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This role is focused on selling PBP Business solutions to small and medium-sized businesses that manage employee or company vehicle parking needs in locations where PayByPhone is available. The Business Development Manager will be a key contributor to pipeline creation, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth. They must be comfortable with high-volume prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, running demos, managing a full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with business prospects. This is a quota-carrying role suited for someone who is hungry, resilient, organized, and motivated to grow their sales career in a fast‑paced B2B environment.
