Role Description
Decoda Health is hiring a killer BDR
What you’ll actually do
- Work on outbound campaigns across email, calls, and social
- Identify high‑value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss)
- Write messaging that gets responses
- Qualify leads based on real revenue pain
- Book meetings and create pipeline
- Keep CRM clean and accurate
You’ll work directly with the head of sales.
This role is not for everyone
- No inbound safety net
- No rigid playbook
- High expectations
If you need hand‑holding, pass.
What we’re looking for
- 1‑2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar
- Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting targets
- Strong outbound skills across channels
- Clear, direct communication
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup
Bonus if you’ve sold into healthcare or med spas.
