What You’ll Do
This isn’t just about selling design services — it’s about connecting people, and creating purpose and impact. As our Business Development & Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in turning meaningful conversations into projects that shape better spaces and stronger relationships. You’ll:
- Oversee the full sales funnel — from inquiry to project conversion — ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience
- Follow up with warm leads and referrals, customizing solutions that fit client goals and DEQA's values
- Identify new opportunities through outreach, site visits, and networking within our target markets
- Prepare proposals, costings, pitch presentations, and marketing strategies in collaboration with our Design and BD Teams, and collaborators
