Woolworths MarketPlus (WMP) is scaling its seller acquisition capability to support rapid marketplace growth.

As an Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging prospective sellers from strategic lead lists provided by the Head of Sales, converting them into active marketplace partners. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role suited to individuals who are disciplined, resilient, and motivated by achieving clear sales outcomes.

Outbound Prospecting

• Execute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn
