Your Job

As the Business Development Manager – Supervisor based in Bangalore (reporting to the Group Manager - PSBU), you will lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Associate Product Managers (APMs) to build a high‑quality, prioritized pipeline and improve opportunity conversion. You will drive disciplined early‑stage feasibility, enforce qualification gates, and align cross‑functional partners to convert profitable, sustainable business opportunities.

Our Team

You will join the PSBU Business Development organization — a customer-facing, cross-functional team that partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Program Management, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain. The team focuses on transforming customer needs into executable programs while protecting margin, schedule, and technical feasibility.
