 In this role, you will: Partner with Commercial Banking, Credit, Risk, and Operations leaders to understand business strategy, revenue objectives, and client needs, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

Analyze end-to-end commercial lending processes (origination, credit adjudication, pricing, documentation, funding, and servicing) to identify opportunities to improve client experience, reduce turnaround time, and enhance risk controls.

Assess the business impact of proposed changes, including efficiency gains, cost reduction, revenue enablement, and risk mitigation, and clearly articulate value to senior stakeholders.

Lead discovery sessions with relationship managers, credit officers, and operational teams to capture business requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
