Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role:

The Enterprise Analytics team focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Client Experience, and Operations to provide insights, build reporting solutions, and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support analytics needs across multiple business functions
• Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions
• Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders
• Partner with data scientists and business teams for insights and decision-making
• Provide data-driven recommendations for business growth

Required Skills:

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics
• Strong SQL or Python skills (Advanced Excel also considered)
