Business Performance Lead

Purpose of the Role:

The purpose of this role is to drive Motor Claims business performance through continuous improvement, data management, reporting, and decision support for key stakeholders. Working collaboratively within a team of specialists this role is responsible for identifying information needs and ensuring appropriate analysis and reporting are undertaken to drive improved controls and performance.
