Business Process Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide support for our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. This role includes systems/user support, enhancement testing, lead and opportunity management best practices, account and contact management best practices, data governance, and cross‑functional project support.

What you will do

• Provide an intermediate to advanced understanding of integrations between systems such as Salesforce, Pardot, Apttus, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Gainsight, Salesforce Communities, and FinancialForce.
• Manage business requirements—including administrative operations, data analysis, solutioning/scoping, and project management.
• Maintain data quality through internal customer feedback, reporting metrics, issue identification, and correction coordination.
• Complete assigned responsibilities on time with high quality, demonstrating a deep understanding of sales processes from lead to order.
