Business System Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with data pipelines and automation tools. Communicate incident root causes clearly and concisely through written and verbal channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Apply Agile and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to project execution. Work with ETL processes and tools such as Azure Data Factory to support data integration. Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF for documentation and project tracking. Support automation and scripting efforts using Python.
