Iris's Direct client, a highly diversified financial services provider based in Canada is looking to hire a Business Data Analyst for a Long Term Contract opportunity.

Location: Hybrid – Toronto

JOB DESCRIPTION

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Data Analyst in enterprise data warehousing environments.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts including Dimensional Modeling (Kimball), 3NF, MDM, metadata, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT platforms and data pipeline processes.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, profiling, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience writing detailed business requirements, functional specifications, source-to-target mappings, and test cases.
• Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
