Business System Analyst

Position Overview

You will serve as a Senior Business System Analyst within the Personal & Commercial Core Technology group, leading technology solutions for the Mortgage Origination space.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with business partners and product owners to understand high‑level requirements and capture business needs.
• Participate in design reviews and walk‑throughs.
• Lead sessions to obtain key inputs from SMEs, architects, and technology leads.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams, user stories, functional specifications, and use cases to facilitate system design and development.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for the ADLC model and structure documentation to support AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline ADLC processes and enhance documentation standards.
