Business Systems Analyst

About the Opportunity

The Business Engagement Team consists of Business System Analysts (BSA’s) and Business Relationship Managers (BRM’s) and are the key liaison between the EMEA business and the Global Information Services function. Together with the EMEA business partners the BSA captures/documents business requirements, plans and facilitates end user testing, assists the project team with the successful delivery of software products/services, while ensuring the defined strategic business goals are met.

Responsibilities

Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.

Oversee business to system knowledge management, documentation, and assisting in overall system design from user interface to backend processes in both custom application development and software configuration projects.
