Responsibilities

Analyze new business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications, including data mapping and testing.

Analyze payment transaction data to identify risks, prevent data leakage, and recommend improvements.

Build deep knowledge of applications, system architecture, payment flows, and data interdependencies.

Collaborate with business, technology teams, and vendors to define and deliver business and technical solutions.

Review and document business requirements, process flows, data models, and use cases.

Support system design, security controls, standards, and quality metrics.

Assist with implementation, testing, training, production readiness, and post‑implementation support.

Identify and resolve issues impacting customer and operational experience; ensure business recovery plans are in place.
