**Job Overview**

Negotiates and purchases finished goods for multiple product groups. Deals with various product groups or high-impact products.

**Job Requirements**

+ Coaching buyers on maintaining focus on category assortment and pricing strategy.
+ Developing and implementing purchase timing strategies and action schedules.
+ Evaluating supplier quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. Awarding contracts and monitoring adherence. Managing ongoing communications with suppliers.
+ Selecting and procuring merchandise to meet sales, volume, gross margin, and turnover objectives.
