CAE Engineer

Lead Mold Design & Development - Own the end-to-end mold development process for plastic and stamped components, including mold layout, runner/gate/cooling system design, and ejection mechanisms, ensuring compliance with product specifications and manufacturing capabilities.

‌Conduct Mold Flow Simulation & Optimization - Utilize CAE tools (e.g., Moldflow, Moldex3D) to perform molding simulations, analyze filling, packing, cooling, and warpage behaviors, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve mold performance and reduce defects such as sink marks, voids, or short shots.

Work closely with Product Design Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Teams to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles are integrated early in the product development cycle.
