You’ll bring calm structure to the café, guiding the team through busy morning rushes and keeping the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. As our F&B Supervisor in the Café, you guide the team through each shift while keeping the energy high and the service smooth. You set the tone on the floor, support the crew when things get busy, and make sure our guests leave smiling. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, help new team members find their rhythm, and keep daily operations running like a well‑oiled machine.
