- Provide customer service to corporate banking clients
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Work 100% Onsite in McKinley
- Fixed nightshift schedule, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Excellent conversational communication skills
- 1-2 years' experience preferred, but fresh graduates with no BPO experience are also welcome
