The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions on behalf of banking clients. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, processing transactions, providing accurate information about banking products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while complying with banking regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and efficiently
- Respond to inquiries about accounts, loans, cards, transfers, and other banking services
- Assist customers with account updates, balance inquiries, and transaction details
- Resolve complaints and elevate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer financial information
