You will answer inquiries relating to products, services, and current promotions. Communicates the value of the client brand and benefits of services to potential customers. Verifies if relayed information is accurate and complete in every concern or query. You maintain the confidentiality of your customer’s personal information and remain true to the product’s values by observing the ethics, principles, and standards to deliver quality customer.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate with 6 months call center experience
• Senior High School graduates or undergraduate of 2nd year college, with or without work experience.
