Facility Manager – Site Lead, Chennai

Lead end-to-end facilities operations for a large IT company in a campus environment. Drive overall site performance across soft services, F& B, space management, and vendor operations. Manage food court, cafeteria, and banqueting operations with focus on quality, hygiene, and Employee satisfaction. Ensure high standards of food safety and compliance with statutory and corporate guidelines. Oversee housekeeping, pantry, mailroom, landscaping, waste management, and parking operations. Working knowledge of Office Commute, Shift Cab operations and billing and compliance processes for both portfolios. Ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement in service delivery across all soft service functions. Optimize space utilization, manage seating, employee movements and workplace infrastructure upgrades. Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reporting for space and facility utilization.
