Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into

BPMN workflows

using Camunda (preferably Camunda 8)
Design and implement

end-to-end process orchestration
Build and maintain

service integrations (APIs, event-driven systems)
Develop and manage

Zeebe workers / microservices

(Java, Node.js, or Python)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to

refine workflows and identify edge cases
Analyze and improve

existing workflows for efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Implement

error handling, retries, and compensation logic
Ensure

data consistency and idempotent process execution
Mentor junior developers and enforce

best practices in workflow design
Work closely with data/analytics teams to enable

process observability
