Position Summary

:Drive organizational capability and adoption through the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning experiences within organizational transformation initiatives. This role blends instructional design expertise, training facilitation skills, and capability development to support enterprise transformation and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Design & Development:

Create engaging learning content, including eLearning modules, micro-learning, tool guides, and onboarding pathways.

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
