In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. As an Operations Analyst, your role may be in one or more of these areas:

+ Inventory Operations: Set the operating plan to get the right products to our customers on time; focus on new products ramps and improving cycle times on existing products; work in tandem with manufacturing planning to execute the start plan.
