Hiring: Career Advisor (Sales-Driven Coaching)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Advisor to guide OPT/STEM OPT and international graduates in their career journey across the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one career guidance sessions
• Support candidates with job search strategies and career planning
• Guide students on OPT/STEM OPT, H1-B sponsorship, and visa-related job search processes
• Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation
• Convert consultations into successful service enrollments
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets

Requirements:

• Strong communication and counseling skills
• Knowledge of OPT/STEM OPT and international student career processes
• Sales or career counseling experience preferred
• Goal-oriented and confident in client interaction
