Role Description

Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide carpenters at the worksite.
Plan and monitor daily carpentry and formwork activities.
Read drawings and ensure work is completed as per specifications.
Ensure quality standards and workplace safety are maintained.
Coordinate with site engineers and other teams.
Manage manpower, materials, and work progress.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter Chargehand or Foreman.
Strong knowledge of carpentry and formwork systems.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read construction drawings.
