Coquitlam Ridge Constructors part of BA Blacktop Group of Companies is currently seeking a team-oriented, self-motivated and dedicated individual to join our Operations Team as a Carpenter Foreperson .

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Superintendent, successful Carpenter foreperson are trade-qualified, craftspeople with extensive skills and experience in the field of carpentry and bridge-related construction activities who are responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Understand and implement the project work plan in order to meet, or improve upon, the budget and schedule
• Translate the detailed task requirements into a prioritized plan for individual assignments and accountabilities
• Identify and verify that all tools and materials required by the crew are available in advance of task performance
