About the Role

The role focuses on strengthening relationships with carriers, optimizing tracking technologies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving process automation.
What the Candidate Will Do
Carrier Performance & Relationship Management
Lead carrier improvement plan processes as required.
Interpret and publish carrier scorecards and service metrics.
Coordinate and conduct Carriers meetings and QBR’s.
Continuous Improvement
Continuous savings initiatives through market benchmark and network analysis.
Support on carriers’ touchless execution service through MacroPoint, EDI, etc.
Operational Support
Act as a primary escalation point between operations teams and carriers for issue resolution.
