Case Manager

We are hiring an experienced Case Manager to join our growing Personal Injury team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm
• Strong client communication and follow-up skills
• Experience handling pre-litigation cases
• Ability to manage medical records, treatment updates, and case documentation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Coordinate with attorneys, providers, and insurance companies
• Monitor case progress and maintain accurate records
• Request and organize medical records/bills
• Ensure clients receive timely updates throughout their case
