Case Manager

Under the supervision of the Social Services/Employment Placement Coordinator, the Residential Reentry Center (RRC) Case Manager shall be responsible for the programs and services provided to the federal offenders.  The RRC Case Manager shall operate in an ethical, professional manner, interact with others in such a fashion as to create and maintain respect for the agency and the United States Government, Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons.  The incumbent shall be intimately familiar with the Statement of Work and the contractual provisions set forth in the agreement with BOP.  They shall also act in accordance with the policies determined by the Board of Directors and shall abide by all applicable federal, state and local regulations.  The duties of this position include: written and verbal communication with referral sources and other professionals, teamwork with other staff, residents and community partners, referrals to community-based services, resident engagement and intera...
