Caseworker

The main purpose of the job is to provide a high-level Housing, welfare benefits & debt Advice and Advocacy casework to the most vulnerable with a greater focus on self-help approach pathways for all others. Deliver training to capacity build to beneficiaries and volunteers, acting as a trainer and coach, on one to one and group basis. Manage and deliver your own caseload of housing, welfare benefits & debt related Casework up to County Court level as appropriate in terms of rights of audience.

Provide services that are seamless together with internal NCA projects including South Asian Family Support Hub and Community Safety Net under the Strengthening Families and Welfare Services Programme, so people feel supported throughout.
