We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to be based in our Vaughan location.

Job Summary The Cash Applications Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely application of customer payments to accounts receivable, ensuring clean customer ledgers and supporting effective credit and collections processes. This role plays a critical part in cash flow management, dispute resolution, and month‑end close activities, working closely with Credit, Collections, and Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Apply customer payments (EFT, ACH, wire, cheque, lockbox) accurately and timely to customer accounts.

Research and resolve unapplied cash, short pays, overpayments, and deductions.

Match remittances to invoices using customer portals, bank data, and remittance advice.
