Cash Operations Processing Analyst | 1Year- Contract

We are supporting a leading client in the financial services sector in their search for a Cash Operations Processing Analyst to join their CB & IB Operations and Controls team in Singapore. This is a 1-year contract role (with extension possibility) based fully onsite.
The Role
You will execute time-critical cash operations including GIRO, Standing Orders, DDA/DCA, and Cash Counter Services. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
Processing daily operations with high accuracy and adherence to established controls and escalation protocols
Monitoring and resolving exceptions escalated from offshore governance support teams
Maintaining and updating SOPs and procedures to reflect process or business changes
Managing working relationships with Front Office, internal stakeholders, and external counterparties
Ensuring all transactions are processed in line with SLAs, internal policies, and industry guidelines
