Cast Leader. Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour. Cineplex’s Cast Leaders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The Cast Leader’s primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
• Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance
