Responsibilities

• Problem‑solve throughout the day, coming up with solutions for last‑minute talent requests, for example, to best optimize our internal talent’s utilization across departments and ensure projects have the talent they need to deliver.
• Work closely with the production operations team to make sure we are coming up with creative and strategic solutions to utilize our internal talent best and reduce freelance costs.
• Use our capacity planning tool, keeping it accurate as a centralized repository for utilization data.
