Role Overview

The Category Lead is responsible for managing and growing a specific product category by driving sales, optimizing assortment, and executing category strategies. This role ensures the category meets revenue, profitability, and market share targets through data‑driven decisions and strong supplier partnerships.

1. Category Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with overall business goals

• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences
