About The Role: We are looking for a highly driven Category Manager to own and scale Be Bodywise’s Personal Care category end-to-end. This includes: Category & Business Ownership Own category revenue, profitability, and growth targets Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis Drive data-backed decision making across the category Product Strategy & Innovation Identify whitespace opportunities and consumer needs Work closely with product development teams to build and launch new products Shape product positioning, pricing, and assortment strategy Manage the product lifecycle from concept to scale GTM Strategy Develop category narratives and consumer-facing messaging Build go-to-market plans for new launches Define target audiences, personas, and communication strategies Plan and execute awareness campaigns, launches, and seasonal activations Growth Marketing Partner with design teams for performance marketing creatives, and influence...
