As a Category Merchandising Manager, you will develop and execute merchandising strategies to achieve sales, assortment, and margin goals. You’ll negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors, ensuring competitive products and cost efficiency. Regular store visits to assess product displays, assortment quality, and inventory levels will be key to maintaining a fresh and appealing product offering. Additionally, you’ll identify trends and explore new suppliers to keep the assortment innovative and aligned with customer demand.
